The case of Sacco and Vanzetti was an unfair trial. To me Sacco looked more guilty than Vanzetti but yet they still electrocuted both of them in 1927. Nicola Sacco looked more guilty in the eyes of almost everyone because his gun was the one that was used for the murder. Although at first they said that Sacco colt was use for the murder ballistic test proved later on that it was not shoot from Sacco's colt. The cap with the hole resembled a cap that Sacco use to have but that doesn't proved anything lots of people could have a cap with a hole in it. Nicola was absent to work on the day of the murder. He was in Boston witness (Ramugia) said she saw him in a Boston restaurant Just because Sacco lied about his whereabouts, denying knowing Boda, and holding anarchist or racial beliefs doesn't make a murder or a suspect of interest. He had a good reason for lying because if the police knew he had radical beliefs and friend he would probably have been deported. The evidence on Bartolomeo Vanzetti was really short and holdable for a trial. I believe that he should of never been charged for the murder of Boda in the first place. All the police had on him was 4 witnesses that saw him all at different time and places. It's not an accurate evidence to me. The gun found on Vanzetti at the time of the arrest was not even a colt it was a 38 calibre Harrington & Richardson revolver. Falzini testified that he sold the gun to Vanzetti a few months back. For Vanzetti lying when he was arrested and not saying why he was at Bridgewater on may 5 was comprehensible because he knew the United States was going through the red scare situation and feared for his own safety and also because of his anarchist comrades. To me it was so mess up that they got executed for no reason cause they could not look more innocent to me and other people. If they wanted someone to pay for the crime they should of at least kept them in jail for life not kill them. I think no human being has the right to take the life of another one not even a judge or juror have that right.
